Summary: 

  • The high proportion of distributed power sources and large-scale charging stations (charging piles) connected to the distribution grid have resulted in a significant alteration to the form and characteristics of the distribution grid. This has led to a gradual evolution of the traditional distribution grid into a new type of distribution grid. Due to the complex source-grid-load coupling relationship of the new distribution system, with the high proportion of distributed power sources, pulse-type power loads, and power electronic equipment, the AC-DC coupling and electrical-control interaction coupling of the new distribution system pose enormous challenges for protection and control coordination. At the same time, the deep integration of wide-area distributed power sources, diversified flexible loads with traditional distribution grids poses challenges to the efficient operation and safe and stable control of the system. To this end, this Special Session will discuss a series of issues related to proactive.


  • 高比例分布式电源与规模化充电站(桩)接入配电网,极大地改变了配电网的形态、特性,使得传统配电网逐渐向新型配电网演变。新型配电系统源-网-荷耦合关系复杂,随着分布式电源、脉冲型功率负荷、电力电子设备高比例接入,新型配电系统交直流、电气与控制变量交互耦合,保护控制协调挑战巨大;同时,广域分布式电源、多元化负荷与配电网深度耦合,系统高效运行和安全稳定控制面临挑战。为此,组织该专题讨论新型配电网主动安全控制与智能低碳运行问题。
