Registration Fee Covers:

Guidelines to Select the Registration Fee
If you are an oral presenter and need to publish your paper, you should register as "Full Paper Registration".
If you do not need to publish your paper, you should register as "Abstract Registration".
If you are a listener, you should register as "Listener".
Student registers and Member registers should provide their valid student ID scan copy or Member Number.
If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the extra pages will be charged.
Registration Instructions
At least one author will register for each accepted paper and present the paper at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. (Co-authors and accompanying persons can register as Listeners.)
The registration will be confirmed after the registration fee is received in full and the registration form is submitted to the official email address.
Authors can attach a plagiarism report (by iThenticate) when submitting a paper to the conference. The paper will go through plagiarism detection throughout the publication process. If plagiarism is detected, the paper will be rejected and no refund request will be accepted.
For an on-site conference, participants should confirm the form, date, venue, and transportation information with the conference organizer before making a travel plan. Usually, the organizer will not book rooms for attendants. Please make advance reservation if physical attendance is confirmed.
Notes
Accepted and registered papers will be published in the digital conference proceeding.
For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable.
For listeners, please download the registration form and send your filled registration form to contact@coeepe.org.
Cancellation Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend COEEPE 2024, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference, or transfer their participation to another conference in the conference portfolio. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply.
Up to 90 days prior to the conference date:
70% refund of the registration fees paid
Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date:
60% refund of the registration fees paid
Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date:
50% refund of the registration fees paid
Less than 30 days prior to the conference date:
No refund
Please note: The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to contact@coeepe.org.
Disclaimers
The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer’s control.
If the on-site conference cannot take place due to force majeures, participants will be invited to attend the conference virtually or transfer their participation to other on-site conference (within 15 months).
Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through WeChat (published on the website). Registration process notification will be sent through contact@coeepe.org. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
